After payment, you'll receive an email with your login credentials. Click "Start Training" on the course page and enter your email to access your course.

Can I get my certificate resent?

Yes! Email certificates@cdlschoolsusa.com with your name and email used during purchase. We'll resend within 24 hours.

What's your refund policy?

Can I transfer my license to someone else?

Individual licenses are non-transferable. For team accounts, contact fleet@cdlschoolsusa.com to manage seat assignments.

Individual courses include lifetime access. You can revisit the materials anytime for refresher training.
